• Maintain a manageable caseload of clients, establishing strong, trusting relationships based on professional ethics and integrity.
• Regularly meet with clients to assess their progress, discuss stability, coordinate upcoming appointments, and facilitate timely discharges when appropriate.
• Utilize person-centered approaches to develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans, consistently reflecting the unique needs and goals of each client.
• Meticulously document all client interactions, including progress notes and treatment updates, to ensure accurate and comprehensive records.
• Conduct thorough intake assessments to evaluate client needs, concerns, and therapeutic requirements.
• Facilitate weekly one-on-one counseling sessions, employing various therapeutic techniques to foster client growth and development.
• Engage in regular individual supervision meetings to enhance your clinical skills and receive feedback on your practice.
• Collaborate with fellow healthcare providers to ensure all clients receive integrated and holistic care.
• Maintain a growth mindset across all work areas, continuously seeking opportunities for improvement and continuing education.

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Gotham Enterprises Ltd, you will directly impact the mental health of a varied clientele that includes children, adolescents, and adults. Your role is pivotal in providing essential therapeutic services to individuals facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health disorders. • A Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling or a closely related field is required.
• Possession of an active and unrestricted Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) credential.
• A minimum of one-year post-graduate experience in a clinical outpatient setting is essential.
• Proficiency in using technology, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook) and electronic record-keeping systems such as RMS and PIMSY.

• Proven track record of delivering direct psychotherapy services to a diverse clientele, including individuals and families.
• Competence in conducting intake assessments and developing treatment plans tailored to each client's needs.
