Job description

We are looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager for outbound dialer and campaign management with deep domain expertise in predictive, progressive, and preview dialing as well as revenue execution for list management, proactive omnichannel engagement, and compliant outreach. 

You will be responsible for marketing and evangelizing the value and ROI of targeted outbound campaigns for collections, sales, and support use cases. You will serve as the external "voice of the product," translating technical features into compelling customer benefits. You will craft compelling narratives that highlight differentiation, and work closely with product, marketing, and sales teams to bring our innovations to life.  

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Positioning and Messaging: Craft strategic messaging that differentiates us from competitors and targets contact center leaders, driving sales throughout the funnel for both prospects and customers.  
  • Product Launches: Define and manage go-to-market strategy for our products, including messaging, positioning, launch planning, use cases, customer stories, sales enablement, and customer adoption.  
  • Enablement: You'll partner with customer-facing teams to create impactful narratives, content, collateral, and training to drive acquisition, conversion, and expansion, fueling growth at all stages.  
  • Competitive Intelligence: As Five9 competitive landscape expert, conduct research to understand rivals' strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities.  
  • Sales Collateral: You will be responsible for developing sales and customer-facing content, including videos, webinars, and product assets that effectively convey core messages.   
  • Marketing Campaigns: You will work collaboratively with the marketing teams to assist in developing a campaign, demand generation, website content, and other marketing activities.  
  • Cross-functional champion: Collaborate with product management to understand our product vision and upcoming features, using your expertise on the market and customers to effectively communicate externally and shape our product's future.  
  • Represent Five9 at events, webinars, and other customer-facing activities.  

Requirements: 

  • 5+ years of product marketing (or equivalent) experience; demonstrated success in marketing CX, CCaaS, or AI technology solutions. 
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing Management, MBA preferred. 
  • Strong communication skills, including excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills. 
  • Adept at working cross-functionally. 
  • Fast learner, detail-oriented, and must enjoy fast-paced work environments. 

Work Location: This role is fully remote for candidates who reside outside the 30-mile radius of our San Ramon, San Fransico or Dallas, TX office.  For candidates who reside within 30 miles of our locations, this role is Hybrid and would require 3 days a week (Tu, W, TH) in office.
