Job description

This is one of those rare roles where the business exposure, crossfunctional influence, and strategic complexity make it a highvisibility springboard-a proven bridge into WL2 leadership within Innovation, Supply Chain, or broader B&W.
What You'll Do

  • Own and maintain the overall project networks for new variants and operational projects to ensure "on time in full" delivery by working closely with R&D, Marketing, Finance, Procurement, Engineering, Quality, and factories.
  • Ensure the Supply Chain has the capacity, capability, and readiness to produce innovations across all assigned sourcing sites.
  • Manage communication with key stakeholders, including category leadership, global and regional innovation planners-providing highvisibility updates that influence strategic decisionmaking.
  • Colead risk assessments, embedding mitigation actions directly into project timelines to safeguard launch readiness.
  • Support complexity reduction and strategic sourcing analysis by partnering closely with Strategic Planning and Finance.


What You'll Need to Succeed

  • Bachelor's degree (Business, Supply Chain, R&D, Engineering preferred)
  • MBA or APICS Certification preferred
  • 1 year experience in Supply Chain (Project Management, Planning, Procurement, Manufacturing, Engineering, Logistics) or in R&D with new product development exposure
  • Strong project management skills (MS Project, MS Office)
  • Basic understanding of manufacturing and operational processes
  • Strong communication, crossfunctional leadership, and problemsolving abilities-essential for success in this highvisibility, careeraccelerating role

Pay: The pay range for this position is $88,600 to $133,000. Unilever takes into consideration a wide range of factors that areutilizedin making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, qualifications and education, and other business and organizational needs.

Bonus: This position is bonus eligible.

Long-Term Incentive (LTI): This position is LTI eligible.
