We are looking for an OEM Sales Engineer -IEC LV Motors WEST to join our team at Innomotics.

Your Future Role

This role will be responsible to develop assigned key Industrial OEMs, supporting the growth and meeting/exceed the revenue and profit targets for the IEC Low Voltage Motor Business in your area. You'll help to build and implement a comprehensive growth plan to demonstrate existing business relationships and new partnerships. This position is working with various teams to define requirements for product development with customers. Geographical area of responsibility:        Central to West Coast

Location is flexible

  • Developing, planning and leading all aspects of growth initiatives, to achieve market share growth and market diversification in all product lines for the Innomotics IEC Low Voltage Motors business.
  • Perform market research and industry trends to identify new business, fields/opportunities, and customer's needs and establish strategies and growth programs.
  • Identifies trendsetter ideas by researching industry, will analyze changing markets and competitive landscape, collaborate with portfolio management teams to plan and implement strategies to meet future market needs.
  • Supporting new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating project proposals; and integrating contract requirements with business operations.
  • Building trust and long-term relationships with clients/customers
  • Provide technical training support to customers.
  • Developing ways to improve the customer experience and build brand loyalty.
  • Attending and presenting at conferences, meetings, and industry events.

Your profile.

  • Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, or Mechatronics preferred or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or related field of electric motor products.
  • Goal-oriented, organized teammate.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including public speaking, presentation, and writing.
  • Able to multi-task, prioritize, and handle time efficiently.
  • Self-motivated and self-directed, ability to thrive with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
  • Experienced at preparing and presenting quarterly goals and forecasts for future projects.
  • Creative problem solver who thrives when presented with a challenge.
  • Proficient computer skills, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel) & CRM tools
  • 75% ability to travel to see clients, explore new markets and attend conventions.

The pay range for this position is $70,947.80 - $182,437.20. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
