Your Future Role

Innomotics is in search of an early career sales professional interested in a developmental role focused on learning the market, applications, how to quote and sell medium voltage motors, medium voltage variable frequency drive (VFD) technologies and services to End Users, OEMs, EPCs, and distributors.   Upon successful completion of the learning process, the successful candidate will be placed in a Regional Account Manager role with responsibility for an assigned customer base. 

This position will be reporting to the Regional Sales Director and must be based in GA, FL or AL.

 

Responsibilities:

We are looking for an engaging candidate that will be chosen for this key role and will be responsible for studying and learning about the MV Motor and Drives market.  The product portfolio is primarily focused on medium voltage motors, medium voltage electrical drives (VFD's) and services and may include solutions as incorporated into integrated drive systems.

Your Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering
  • 2 + years' experience working in a sales role
  • Experience in the use of CRM tools to supervise selling activities
  • Travel: 30%

Preferred Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience:

  • Basic working knowledge of integrated drive solutions (motor, drive, system solution, etc.)
  • Basic experience selling to large OEM's and End Users
  • Basic understanding of the industrial vertical markets in pumps and compression.

The pay range for this position is  $57,478.40 - $147,802.80. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
