• Conduct thorough crisis assessments and interventions for clients experiencing urgent mental health emergencies, providing timely and effective responses.
• Facilitate immediate counseling sessions for individuals seeking urgent mental health support, fostering a safe space for open dialogue.
• Collaborate with local law enforcement and emergency personnel to ensure the safety and well-being of clients in crisis situations.
• Implement follow-up care strategies and develop personalized crisis intervention plans to sustain support for clients post-intervention.
• Utilize advanced crisis intervention techniques and de-escalation strategies to manage high-stress situations effectively.

The clients you will work with include individuals grappling with addiction, emotional crises, and trauma-related challenges. • A Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.
