Since 1999, ATS Inland NW LLC. has provided building automation contracting services. These services include engineering and installation of HVAC control systems for all types and sizes of facilities regardless of their complexity.

Our mission is to provide complete customer satisfaction through the application of state-of-the-art technology, professional engineering, quality installations and outstanding service. Our leading edge Alerton, Delta, and Tridium Controls coupled with industry experienced engineers, technicians and a customer-partnering business philosophy fulfills this mission.

ATS has grown in the Northwest area to a staff of over 77 people, with over 575 employees company-wide throughout the Northwest Region. Our goal is to be the leading Pacific Northwest provider of energy management and control systems, critical airflow solutions and building integration in the marketplace through enhanced solutions, responsive service and the finest customer support. ATS is accomplishing our goals through the combination of our many talented and dedicated employees, innovative and proven products and time-tested leadership skills.

Desired Skills:

  • Competency in the functionality of Building Automation Systems and HVAC controls, including software engineering and commissioning tools, DDC controllers and field devices.
  • BACnet protocol fundamentals.
  • Niagara AX and/or Niagara 4 experience. Possessing a Niagara AX and/or Niagara 4 certification is a plus.
  • Strong computer skills, including computer networking fundamentals.
  • Ability to read low voltage wiring diagrams and controls flow diagrams.
  • Proficiency with test instruments and calibration tools.
  • Understanding of the operation of HVAC controls and HVAC equipment. This includes the ability to understand written sequences of operation.
  • Ability to conduct owner training.
  • Previous experience working with Alerton is a plus.
  • General Requirements:
  • 3 years' experience performing startup and commissioning of Building Automation Systems and HVAC controls or strong HVAC mechanical experience.
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Software and strong PC skills.
  • Possess strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills; both written and verbal.
  • The ability to work on a construction site including the use of step ladders and scaffolding is required.
