Job description

Responsibilities
We are looking for an exceptional, world class leader to oversee multiple Med/Surg/Tele Units at Inland Valley Hospital.
Southwest Healthcare Inland Valley Hospital is opening a new patient tower. The seven floor, 217,444 square foot advanced acute care hospital will increase the hospital's capacity from 120 licensed acute care beds to 202 licensed acute care beds. The new tower will house key clinical programs that will either relocate or expand from their current locations. Inpatient and Outpatient clinical staff will also relocate to the new tower. Services at the new tower will include: 100 General Acute Care Beds (18 Intensive Care and 82 Unspecified General Acute Care), Basic Emergency Medical Services, Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory Services, Occupational Therapy Services, Outpatient Services - Physical Therapy, Outpatient Services - Radiological Services, Nuclear Medicine Services, Outpatient Services - Surgical Services, Physical Therapy Services, Respiratory Care and Social Services.

Qualifications
MINIMUM ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE
Minimum 5 years experience as a Registered Nurse in an acute care setting
Minimum 3 Years Acute Care Nursing Management Experience
REQUIRED LICENSURE / CERTIFICATIONS
Bachelor's Degree required
Master's Degree preferred
Current license to practice professional nursing in the state of California
Current basic life support (BLS) certification
Current Advance Life support (ACLS) preferred
