About the Role:
AURA in Bellaire, TX is looking for a talented and passionate Aesthetic Injector to join our growing team! This is an exciting opportunity to bring your artistry and clinical expertise to a results-driven aesthetic practice where patient confidence and satisfaction are at the heart of everything we do.
Responsibilities:
  • Perform cosmetic injectable treatments including neuromodulators (Botox, Dysport) and dermal fillers
  • Conduct thorough patient consultations to assess aesthetic goals and develop personalized treatment plans
  • Maintain detailed and accurate patient records and treatment documentation
  • Educate patients on pre- and post-treatment care instructions and manage follow-up appointments
  • Stay current with the latest injection techniques, products, and trends in medical aesthetics
  • Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure a seamless, luxury patient experience
  • Uphold the highest standards of safety, sanitation, and compliance in all procedures
Requirements:
  • Active RN, NP, PA, or MD license in the state of Texas
  • Proven experience with neurotoxin and dermal filler injections in a clinical or medical spa setting
  • Strong knowledge of facial anatomy and advanced injection techniques
  • Excellent patient communication, consultation, and relationship-building skills
  • Detail-oriented with a strong aesthetic eye and commitment to natural-looking results
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Experience with aesthetic lasers or other energy-based devices is a plus
