Job description

JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our WELLNESS TEAM as a Nurse Practitioner. We are an integrated medicine office who is ready to incorporate regenerative medicine, which will include, but is not limited to stem cell injections, prp joint injections, trigger point injections, etc. We have been preparing for this expansion for some time and have all systems, training, and support ready to help the right person to succeed. Regenerative Medicine and Stem Cell Therapy are the future of medicine and it is here and now. We are looking for someone who has extreme confidence, great bedside manner, experience conversing with patients, and who would love to be a part of our team. The Nurse Practitioner would work collaboratively seeing patients for initial examinations (physical medicine, regenerative medicine).
DUTIES:
  • Perform detailed medical intake.
  • Perform MSK Injections including Stem Cell, PRP, Trigger Point Injections.
  • Create detailed treatment plans.

QUALIFICATIONS:
The ideal practitioner will be driven and have a true desire to help our patients succeed in their efforts to transform their lives into a healthier state.
