Our dedicated team provides top-notch care for joint pain, spine pain, orthopedic concerns, and neurological conditions. We prioritize conservative and non-invasive treatments before recommending surgery, boasting a high success rate with non-surgical methods. Specializing in motor vehicle collision (personal injury) and work-related injuries (work comp), we employ a multidisciplinary approach that combines cutting-edge diagnostics, targeted interventions, and rehabilitative therapies to alleviate pain, restore function, and enhance overall quality of life.
Mid-Level Provider Responsibilities
Complete history and physical exam
Compile treatment plan and staff treatment plan with supervising physician
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment
Interpret radiology and lab studies
Instruct patients and their families about best practices at home
Document and update patient records
Refer patients to specialists as needed
CANDIDATE PARAMETERS:
Completion of an accredited Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) program
Currently licensed as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in Georgia and Tennessee
Position tasks required to be performed in-person at GA & TN locations.
3 years of direct experience in one or more clinical specialties preferred.

SCHEDULE AND SUPPORT STAFF:

? 8 am to 5 pm Monday-Friday
? Hybrid schedule of in-office and telemedicine (TM) coverage.
? Doxy is the TM platform and the EMR is Care Cloud
? 18 to 24 Patients per day - the provider will gradually ramp up in volume

SALARY AND BENEFITS:
? A base of $180,000 (up to $200k with bonus structure) if PA & performs spine injections
Neck injections (Cervical)
o Cervical CMMB
o Cervical Transforaminal ESI (Diagnostic Only)
Mid-back injections (Thoracic)
o Thoracic Facet Injections
o Thoracic transforaminal injection
Low back injections (lumbar)

? A base of $150,000 for NP|PA & willing to be trained to perform spine injections
? Training will be conducted in GA location Travel required.
