Location: Garden Grove, CA 92841

Shift Time: 5:00AM โ€“ 1:30PM, 1PM-9:30 (Overtime Required)

Total Reg Hours: 40.00

Pay:- $23.00/hr. on w2

Position Overview:

We are seeking experienced Injection Molding Machine Operators to join our manufacturing team in Garden Grove, CA. This role is responsible for operating plastic injection molding machines to produce high-quality parts that meet customer specifications. Candidates must be comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment and willing to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Read and interpret blueprints and work orders to meet customer specifications
  • Operate plastic injection molding machines to produce quality parts
  • Monitor process temperatures and injection pressures to ensure conformance to specifications
  • Inspect first-run and sample parts to verify machine settings and accuracy
  • Use precision measuring instruments such as:
  • Micrometers
  • Vernier calipers
  • Optical comparator
  • Perform basic preventative maintenance per manufacturer instructions
  • Maintain clean and safe work environment
  • Follow all company safety and quality procedures
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisor

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Manufacturing experience preferred (plastic injection molding experience strongly preferred)
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 35 lbs
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as required
