This role is with a world leader in manufacturing precision components, with expertise in injection molding and advanced materials used across highly regulated industries such as aerospace. They offer a clean, organized, and team-oriented work environment where quality and safety are top priorities. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity where you’ll receive detailed training, cross-training opportunities, and be part of a stable, growing company.

In this role, you will set up and operate injection molding machines to create high-quality components. You’ll play an essential role in ensuring precision, accuracy, and consistency, contributing directly to the company’s reputation for excellence. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to build long-term skills in a supportive and growth-focused environment.

Injection Mold Operator Duties:
  • Set up and run injection mold machinery, including downloading and running programs
  • Monitor part quality and remove excess material
  • Part mark and package finished products
  • Use precision measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, height gauges)
  • Read and interpret blueprints and work orders
Schedule:
  • Swing Shift, Monday to Thursday, 1:30pm - 12:00am
Pay: $23.00 – $26.00 per hour

Injection Mold Operator Requirements:
  • 1+ years of injection molding experience
  • Ability to set up machines and dry/test material
  • Experience using precision measurement tools
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and work orders
  • Capable of lifting up to 50lbs
