At Minitube USA, quality isn’t optional—it’s essential. We’re looking for a Manufacturing Technician with plastic molding experience who understands how to keep machines running efficiently, produce high-quality parts, and troubleshoot issues on the fly.

We are seeking a Plastic Blow Molding Machine Operator to set up, operate, and troubleshoot blow molding equipment. This role is ideal for someone mechanically inclined who can quickly identify issues, perform minor repairs, and keep production running efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Set up, operate, and monitor blow molding machines to ensure efficient production.
  • Troubleshoot equipment issues and make adjustments to minimize downtime.
  • Perform minor repairs and routine maintenance on machinery.
  • Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Document production data, downtime, and maintenance activities.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
  • Collaborate with maintenance and production teams to resolve ongoing issues.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience operating blow molding or similar manufacturing equipment preferred.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
