Estamos contratando "Ingeniero Civil/Estimaciones" para empresa de servicios industriales en Bayamon, PR .

HORARIO: Lunes a Viernes 7:30 a.m.- 4:30 p.m. | Opción remoto
MODALIDAD: 100% REMOTO

SALARIO: $50K - $60K (anuales) + Beneficios

BENEFICIOS:

ACTIVIDADES:

· Calcular cantidades de materiales, equipo y mano de obra para proyectos de construcción civil.
· Evaluar licitaciones y coordinar con suplidores y subcontratistas para obtener precios competitivos.
· Preparar y presentar propuestas de costo para aprobación de gerencia o cliente.
· Visitar proyectos para verificar condiciones de terreno, mediciones y cambios de alcance.
· Colaborar con ingenieros, gerentes de proyecto y personal de campo en el desarrollo y revisión de estimados.
· Mantener bases de datos actualizadas de costos, rendimientos y documentación de estimados.

REQUISITOS:

· Bachillerato completado en disciplinas relacionadas a la ingeniería preferiblemente en Ingeniería Civil.
· Mínimo 5 años de experiencia en la industria de la construcción.
· Al menos 3 años de experiencia directa con responsabilidad en estimados civiles.
· Lectura de planos y documentos técnicos civiles.
· Manejo intermedio de inglés (oral y escrito).
· Manejo de MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) y software de estimación (AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Bluebeam u otros).
· Conocimiento de métodos constructivos y costos de materiales de construcción.
· Capacidad para trabajar con precisión, bajo presión y con atención al detalle.
