  • B.S. Título en Ingeniería estructural o civil o campo relacionado, y 3-5 años de experiencia de posgrado
  • Se prefiere un ingeniero profesional con licencia, pero no es obligatorio
  • 5-15 años de experiencia en diseño estructural/civil con todo tipo de materiales preferidos. Los materiales incluyen: madera, hormigón, mampostería y acero.
  • Fuerte capacidad, experiencia, y conocimiento en diseño estructural residencial, comercial, y de uso mixto
  • Habilidades de redacción técnica en cartas, informes y especificaciones de complejidad moderada con una orientación mínima del supervisor.
  • Habilidades excepcionales de organización y comunicación
  • Capacidad para gestionar múltiples proyectos y trabajar con plazos limitados
  • Buen conocimiento práctico del software de ingeniería: Excel, RISA, AutoCAD, ENERCALC y otros
  • Competente en técnicas de modelado 2D y 3D e interpreta los resultados de esos modelos.
  • Capacidad para servir como ingeniero de proyectos para tareas más complejas bajo la dirección del gerente de proyecto.
