Job description

We're looking for a Territory Account Executive who wants their work to mean something - a relationshipdriven, resultsfocused professional who blends business growth with patient advocacy.

This is a fieldbased role covering South Florida, including Naples, Fort Myers, Fort Lauderdale, and Plantation, with up to 40% travel annually (typically 1-2 overnights per month).

In this role, your work will:

  • Help patients access timely, coordinated infusion therapy
  • Support physicians and care teams with trusted solutions and consistent followthrough
  • Grow highvalue referral networks in a collaborative, clinicianled organization

Every referral represents a real person navigating complex care - and your work helps ensure they receive the support they need.

What You'll Do

In this role, you will:

  • Own and execute a territory sales strategy focused on prescribers, specialty clinics, infusion centers, and hospital systems
  • Build strong referral relationships with physicians, advanced practice providers, case managers, and discharge planners
  • Educate providers on LUX Infusion's homebased and suitebased infusion services and comprehensive patient support model
  • Collaborate crossfunctionally with clinical, operations, and intake teams to support patient onboarding and complex cases
  • Track pipeline activity, referral growth, and performance metrics using CRM tools
  • Bring accountability, consistency, and followthrough to every provider interaction
What We're Looking For

You may be a great fit if you bring:

  • A Bachelor's degree or at least five (5) years of relevant sales experience
  • A minimum of three (3) years of documented B2B sales success, preferably in healthcare, medical device, or specialty pharmacy
  • A consistent track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
  • Comfort in a fastpaced, fieldbased sales role with significant facetoface engagement
  • Experience selling complex healthcare or clinical solutions
  • Strong communication, relationshipbuilding, and strategic thinking skills
  • Motivation rooted in patientcentered selling and longterm provider partnerships

Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred.
