Description

PromptCare is seeking a seasoned salesperson with 5+ years of experience, ideally within the specialty pharmacy/infusion space. The successful candidate should have experience with referral sources in the specialty infusion business, selling to physicians and health systems with the ability to develop new referral sources. This individual will have a high degree of sales acumen, sales presence, and the ability to develop new business by utilizing strong selling and technical skills across strategic partnership opportunities. Job Type: Exempt, Full/Time

Territory Coverage: Fort Lauderdale/Miami and surrounding areas


Requirements

  • A BA/BS degree is preferred; however, candidates with strong, relevant experience will also be considered
  • Sales and account management experience in infusion services sales within a high growth environment, with track record of growth and optimization of opportunities
  • Knowledge of the specialty infusion business, selling to physicians and healthcare institutions is preferred
  • Demonstrated history of working with pharmaceutical companies on new therapies as part of limited distribution networks is preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to work and collaborate within an organization to develop strategies on new offerings
  • Skills include forecast accuracy, CRM usage and pipeline development and progression


Job Responsibilities, included but not limited to:

  • Assesses, develops, and establishes opportunities within territory as defined by company. Will support the selling process through direct engagement with prospective customers by selling Promptcare services
  • Builds strategic customer relationships with immunology, GI, and specialty key thought leaders, prescribers, and manufacturers by employing industry expertise and knowledge, strategies, and sales tactics, leading to long-term business growth, referrals, revenue, and gross profit
  • Represents "Voice of the Customer" with key referral sources, communicating new product interests and market intelligence to leadership team
  • Establishes, initiates, and optimizes business development strategies based on company targets, product specifications, and market data
  • Key measures of success include meeting or exceeding targets for referrals, sales revenue, sales profit, budgetary objectives, and improving client satisfaction
  • Ability to surpass goals, seizing opportunities to maximize growth potentials
  • Identifies and acts on new opportunities that enable performance targets to be exceeded
  • Seeks new challenges and is energized by exceeding targets
  • Ability to be a leader and team player; assisting team to bring value to overall organization
  • Works collaboratively with the Intake Team to coordinate and communicate all information needed for the referral process, within HIPAA

This position requires the ability to occasionally lift office products and supplies weighing 20 pounds at minimum and no more than 35 pounds.
