Our knowledgeable pharmacists work closely with physicians, nurses, and caregivers to provide high-quality, comfortable care and minimize readmissions.

The Opportunity:

As a Home Infusion Sales Specialist, you will play a vital role in expanding access to essential home infusion therapy for patients in Southern California. You will leverage your expertise and passion for helping others to build relationships with healthcare providers and educate them on the benefits of our services. This is an opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of patients by ensuring they receive the highest quality care in the comfort of their homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and develop relationships with referral sources such as hospitals, clinics, and physicians in your assigned territory.
  • Educate healthcare providers about our comprehensive home infusion services and the benefits they offer to patients.
  • Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure a smooth transition for patients to home infusion therapy.
  • Provide ongoing support to healthcare providers and patients throughout the course of treatment.
  • Contribute to the development and execution of sales strategies to achieve individual and team goals.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.


Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a healthcare field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in healthcare sales, account management, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of the healthcare system and reimbursement models.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with healthcare professionals and patients.
  • Highly motivated and self-directed with a proven track record of exceeding sales goals.
  • Passionate about patient care and improving patient outcomes.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • A Plus:
  • Experience in home infusion or a related field.
  • Current, unrestricted RN license in the state of California (preferred).
  • Managed care experience (preferred).
