Full-Time Infusion RN Houston Region

Vellum Health | Mobile Infusion Program

Vellum Health is hiring full-time Infusion RNs to support multiple skilled nursing and rehabilitation facilities across the Houston region. This is an excellent opportunity for nurses seeking autonomy, predictable daytime hours, and meaningful patient interactionwithout the demands of hospital shift work.
About the Role

We are hiring Registered Nurses to provide both infusion therapy and blood transfusion services.
As a Mobile Infusion RN, you will travel to multiple skilled nursing and rehab facilities within the Houston region. This is a mobile field rolenot a single-facility position. All patient assignments are scheduled for you, no marketing is required, and all supplies are provided.
Daytime only. No nights. No weekends.

Key Responsibilities

Administer IV medications, hydration therapy, and specialty infusions
Perform blood transfusions (training available for ACLS nurses)
Monitor patient responses and manage infusion-related reactions
Access and maintain PIVs, ports, and PICCs (no line placement required)
Complete documentation using our mobile web platform
Provide updates to providers and facility staff
Support education for patients and facility nursing staff as needed
Requirements

Active Texas RN license
ER or ICU experience strongly preferred
1+ year IV or infusion experience preferred
Current BLS
ACLS preferred ACLS nurses may cross-train for blood transfusion competency
Valid drivers license and reliable personal vehicle
Ability to travel between multiple facilities in the Houston region
Comfortable using mobile documentation tools
