BrightStar of Lake County is seeking an experienced and dependable Registered Nurse (RN) for a full -time hybrid role combining skilled field nursing with office-based clinical support. This role is ideal for an RN who is confident with: -Skilled nursing assessments and evaluations -Infusion therapy -Wound care management -Care planning and Clinical oversight Unlike typical PRN home care roles, this position offers consistent week day hours, long-term patient relationships, and the opportunity to grow into clinical leadership or case management.
