Job description

Tri-County Rheumatology is seeking a full-time medical biller/coder for in-office position, Monday through Friday, 36 – 40 hours per week.  The Practice provides specialty medication administration services, predominantly buy-and-bill part B medications.  Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:  submission of claims; posting payments; sending patient balance statements;  keeping accurate, detailed spreadsheets of infusion and injection medications; contacting insurance companies regarding unpaid claims and eligibilities for specialty medications.  Experience in rheumatology preferred but not a prerequisite.

Benefits of full-time employment include paid time off earned on accrual basis, 7 paid holidays, medical and dental eligible after 90 day probationary period, 401K eligible after 1 year of employment and number of work hours specified by the plan documents.
