Are you a hands-on culinary leader who takes pride in delivering consistent, high-quality food and exceptional hospitality? As a Chef Manager, you’ll lead the day-to-day execution of a corporate dining program focused on operational excellence, seamless service, and an outstanding guest experience. This role is about flawless execution, ensuring every meal is prepared, presented, and served to the highest standards while creating a welcoming and hospitality-driven environment.

In addition to competitive base pay, this role offers a 10% performance-based bonus—rewarding operational excellence and outstanding results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily kitchen operations with a focus on consistency, efficiency, and quality execution.
  • Ensure all food is prepared and presented to established standards, delivering a reliable and exceptional dining experience.
  • Support the execution of menus aligned with company programs, seasonal offerings, and client expectations.
  • Maintain a strong focus on guest satisfaction by delivering a polished and hospitality-driven experience.
  • Manage purchasing, inventory, and food cost controls to meet operational and financial goals.
