Job Title: Project Manager
Location: Sacramento, CA

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple IT projects running in parallel.

  • Lead project meetings and stakeholder discussions.

  • Create, maintain, and track detailed project plans.

  • Assign tasks, monitor ownership, and ensure timely completion.

  • Follow up with teams to keep projects on schedule and remove blockers.

  • Coordinate and manage large IT-centric initiatives led by Airports IT.

  • Oversee the IT workstream for projects led by other business teams.

Required Skills:

  • Strong Project Management experience in IT environments.

  • Experience managing multiple concurrent projects.

  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

  • Ability to track project deliverables, timelines, and dependencies.

  • Experience facilitating meetings and driving project execution.

  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

Additional Information:

  • The contract position is funded through FY27.

  • Experience supporting airport, infrastructure, or public-sector IT projects is a plus.
