Job description

Infrastructure Rehabilitation Supervisor

A growing infrastructure contractor is seeking an experienced Infrastructure Rehabilitation Supervisor to oversee wastewater, stormwater, and potable water rehabilitation projects throughout the Mid-Atlantic region. This is a year-round position offering competitive compensation, paid time off, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise field crews performing underground infrastructure rehabilitation work.
  • Oversee projects involving cured-in-place pipe lining, structure rehabilitation, CCTV inspection, pipeline cleaning, and related services.
  • Coordinate daily project activities with project managers, engineers, owners, and subcontractors.
  • Assign work, monitor crew performance, and assist with employee training.
  • Track daily production, job progress, labor, equipment usage, and project documentation.
  • Enforce company safety policies and applicable jobsite regulations.
  • Oversee the operation of curing units, vacuum and blower trucks, camera trucks, spray equipment, preparation trucks, bypass pumping systems, forklifts, and other specialized equipment.
  • Identify field issues and communicate changes, delays, or resource needs to project leadership.
  • Maintain quality standards and ensure work is completed according to project specifications.

Qualifications

  • Approximately 510 years of experience in underground utilities, pipeline rehabilitation, wastewater systems, or a related construction field.
  • Previous experience supervising field employees and coordinating active construction projects.
  • Familiarity with CIPP lining, pipeline cleaning, CCTV inspection, bypass pumping, or structure rehabilitation is strongly preferred.
  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
  • Strong communication, organization, and crew-management skills.
  • Dependable, safety-focused, and capable of working efficiently in a field environment.
  • Ability to travel to project locations throughout the region as needed.
  • Must successfully complete a pre-employment drug screening.
