  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in IT support, including printers, servers, data centers, or enterprise-level projects
  • Experience troubleshooting hardware, software, and networking issues
  • Valid driver's license

  • Availability to support rotational schedules or on-call coverage when required
  • Experience supporting HP servers or enterprise infrastructure preferred
