Your Team & Role

As a Lead Infrastructure Security Engineer in the Identity Governance and Administration team, you will partner with product owners, tech leads, designers, engineers, and delivery professionals to improve Prudentialโ€™s Identity Management platform. An important function is to ensure the Identity Governance platforms remain in compliance with the Information Security Standards and processes. You will bring excellent problem solving, communication and teamwork skills, along with agile ways of working, strong technical insight, an inclusive leadership attitude and a continuous learning focus.

Typical Day
  • Collaborate with product owners to define feature stories and technical design.
  • Implement solutions and deliver robust results that support business impact.
  • Analyze complex problems and evaluate intangible variables.
  • Triage and perform rootโ€‘cause analysis with Operations Support / QA to drive solution changes and resolve defects.
  • Collaborate with BISO, engineering, architecture to continuously improve the platform and solve identity challenges.
  • Integrate new security features and updates into existing products, maintaining product security and code integrity.
  • Provide input and coach team members, embedding learning and innovation.
Skills & Expertise You Bring
  • 3 to 5+ years of developer experience with SailPoint Identity IQ (IIQ) V8.4 and higher โ€“ deep understanding of Workflow, Forms, Application Onboarding, API & Plugins.
  • Experience with PingOne Advanced Identity Cloud (P1AIC) or ForgeRock Identity Cloud.
  • Bachelor of Computer Science or experience in identity security related field.
  • Knowledge of security identity architectures, frameworks, and privileged access management.
  • Audit and compliance experience, ability to manage PCI/SOX/Fed regulatory requirements and remedial action plans.
  • Mentoring skills with minimal guidance.
  • Experience with agile development methodologies.
  • Knowledge of business concepts, tools, and processes for sound decision making.
  • Continuous learning and selfโ€‘initiative.
  • Excellent problem solving, communication and collaboration skills.
  • Knowledge of SailPoint IIQ or IDN / Identity Cloud platforms.
  • Cloud computing knowledge โ€“ AWS, Azure or GCP.
  • Preferred Qualifications: CISSP, CCSP, Identity Management Institute certification.
