Mitsubishi Electric Trane HVAC US LLC is looking for a Director, ERP & CRM in Suwanee, GA.
POSITION SUMMARY:
The Director of ERP & CRM is responsible for the overall strategy, delivery and support of SAP and Salesforce solutions at METUS. This position plays a crucial role in the company's ability to run the business while providing scalable and dynamic solutions that add value for our internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate possesses a balance of technical expertise, business acumen, ability to influence and leadership skills to successfully deliver value to all stakeholders.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
The essential functions of the position include, but are not limited to the following:
Strategic Leadership:
  • Develop and execute the SAP & Salesforce strategy and roadmap in alignment with the company's growth objectives.
  • Identify and incorporate new and emerging technology trends as applicable to the METUS business
  • Establish metrics to measure technology performance and return on investment (ROI)

IT Infrastructure and Operations:
  • Oversee the SAP and Salesforce solutions, ensuring reliability, scalability and value delivery
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to capture value-add opportunities
  • Align with the METUS key business objectives, making sure opportunities to add value are properly prioritized
  • Ensure all system designs and processes are comprehensively documented at all times
  • Manage both METUS teams and 3rd party partners in the maintenance, support, development and deployment of SAP and Salesforce solutions
  • Ensure all SAP and Salesforce solutions are compliant with Data Governance and Information Security Management (ISM) guidelines and policies
  • Manage related software and services vendors; ensure all contracts and legal agreements are compliant with Legal policies

Project Management and Change Management:
  • Ensure timely delivery of SAP and Salesforce solutions, including budget adherence and alignment with business objectives
  • Develop and implement change management processes to support deployment and implementations
  • Engage with cross-functional teams to drive successful project outcomes

People Leadership
  • Lead IT teams and functions to support daily operations as well as achieve project- and strategic-level objectives
  • Mentor, coach and develop the IT team members to ensure they are highly utilized and growing in their career objectives
  • Team player demonstrating METUS core values including a desire to win together, deliver excellence, drive sustainability, focus on execution and learn continuously

Other
  • Willing to travel up to 25% to for various Company meetings and training both domestically and possibly internationally

QUALIFICATIONS:
Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field (required)
  • Professional certifications such as PMP, ITIL, Scrum Master or ERP/CRM-specific certifications

Work Experience
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in IT, with at least 7 years specifically in ERP and/or CRM implementation and management
  • Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale ERP (SAP, Oracle, etc.) and/or CRM (Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365, etc.) projects and leading cross-functional teams
  • Experience in managing enterprise applications, both on-premises and cloud applications with experience in application and integration development or a related field
  • In-depth understanding of at least one major ERP platform (e.g., SAP S/4HANA, Oracle ERP Cloud, Microsoft Dynamics 365, etc.) and/or CRM platform (Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365, etc.)
  • Familiarity with other enterprise systems and their integration with ERP/CRM/SCM/HCM/etc
  • Understanding of cloud technologies and their application in ERP and CRM systems
  • Strong understanding of business processes across various functions (Finance, HR, Supply Chain, etc.)
  • Experience with continuous improvement frameworks such as Lean and Six Sigma
  • Experience in business process reengineering and optimization
  • Knowledge of industry-specific regulatory requirements and compliance standards
  • Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

The base pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between $149,600 and $205,700 per year, however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including target bonus plans and discretionary awards. Subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable plans then in effect, eligible employees may enroll in a 401(k) plan, as well as participate in Company-sponsored medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance plans for the employee and the employee's eligible dependents. Employees will also receive 80 hours of vacation per year, 56 hours of paid sick leave annually, and 13 paid holidays throughout the calendar year, depending on hire date. Employees may also take up to 12 weeks of paid or unpaid [parental/disability/emergency/etc.] leave, if eligible.
