Job description

Lighthouse Technology Services is partnering with our client to fill their Sr. Network Infrastructure Project Manager position! This is a 6-12+ month contract and will be hybrid onsite in Buffalo, NY in the United States.
What You'll Be Doing:
  • Lead large-scale infrastructure transformation initiatives, including data center builds, migrations, cloud adoption, and network modernization across global technology environments.
  • Partner with engineering teams to deliver solutions spanning data centers, cloud technologies, networking, firewalls, routing, and enterprise infrastructure architecture.
  • Manage complex technology programs using Agile and Waterfall methodologies, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budgets of up to $5M annually.
  • Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to analyze infrastructure requirements, provide strategic recommendations, and drive successful connectivity and network initiatives.
  • Oversee project planning, financial management, status reporting, and governance using tools such as Jira, Confluence, Clarity, and Microsoft Project.
  • Act as a subject matter expert for network and infrastructure programs, managing vendor relationships and influencing cross-functional teams in a global, matrixed organization.
  • Drive organizational and technology change initiatives while building strong partnerships with senior leadership, executive stakeholders, and external suppliers.
  • Champion automation and infrastructure platform modernization to improve operational efficiency, scalability, and service delivery across enterprise technology environments.

What You'll Need To Have:
  • Understanding of / ability to engage with technical teams on Data center, Cloud technologies, Networking Infrastructure, Firewalls, Routing, Solution Architecture and Design etc.
  • 15+ years of experience of delivering change programmes within a Technology organization, with in telecom Infrastructure.
  • Project Management experience of working on Data center build, migrations, and Infrastructure transformation projects.
  • Proven knowledge on automation products in managing Automation, Data center Networking projects with platform experience.
  • Experience in status reporting and tools like clarity, Jira, Confluence and MS Project.
  • Business analysis skills to assess and provide recommendations which will aid in negotiation of connectivity infrastructure projects.
  • Excellent understanding and proven experience of Project Management methodologies including Waterfall and Agile in a Technology environment.
  • Ability to direct and influence people in a matrix orientated environment and establish working partnerships at a junior and senior organizational level.
  • Change agent with proven ability of implementing large scale organizational, procedural, technology and people related change programmes.
  • SME within Networks, Infrastructure environment and build relationship with external suppliers.
  • Proven experience of positive, challenging interactions with Senior Executives across the business.
  • Outstanding relationship management, collaboration, and influencing skills at Exco level within a Technology environment.
  • Manage financials and budgets up to $5m annually
  • Proven experience in dealing global teams and managing stakeholders
  • Must have strong Data Center, Networking and Infrastructure background.

Pay Range: $70-$80/hr
