• Understanding of facility management, data center operations, maintenance practices, and Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) requirements.
• Ability to identify strategic objectives for facility management and contribute to broader team strategies.
• Strong skills in budgeting for both Operating Expenses (OpEx) and Capital Expenses (CapEx).
• Strong collaboration skills to work with site teams, regional/global BPM teams, Facility Managers, Engineers, and other stakeholders.

As a DCOps Business Program Manager (BPM), you are responsible for supporting GDC facilities operations. Core responsibilities include: supply chain management, financial support at a site level, strategic negotiations with partners, non-critical infrastructure project management, and co-driving strategic initiatives with different stakeholders. Additionally, BPMs oversee data center business operations, including budget, RFPs, procurement, supplier contracts, and facilities services. They also manage non-critical building maintenance and repairs and troubleshoot vendor-related matters. BPMs also ensure the best value of services to lead Google Data Centers to be an operation.

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

US: $90000 - $129000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits.

• Manage an overview of project goals and deliverables presented on a timeline and use the roadmap to manage stakeholder expectations, and to communicate plans and coordinate resources.
• Collaborate with team members or stakeholders to understand or identify work problems and program goals, obtain prioritized deliverables, and discuss program impact.
• Complete (e.g., budget, schedule, resource, technical) risk identification and risk assessment activities and mitigation plans in addition to monitoring foreseeable risk, and recording its evolution and influence on project/program objectives.
• Establish and track processes in collaboration with stakeholders, hold stakeholders/teams accountable for following the established processes, identify sponsors and stakeholders and secure resources, ensure work alignment with compliance/privacy policies, identify opportunities, implement process improvements, and support/promote the adoption of processes.
