About The Role Peraton is seeking an experienced Program Manager Supporting DOW IT infrastructure and Network Operations Centers at Joint Base Langley-Eustis (JBLE) in Hampton, VA. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact between Peraton and senior Government leadership, managing a geographically dispersed workforce across multiple CONUS and OCONUS locations. This is a high-visibility position requiring strong leadership, clear communication with senior decision-makers, and the ability to drive execution across cross-functional teams in a dynamic, mission-focused environment. What You'll Do * Serve as the Contractor's single point of authority for all daily contract operations
* Manage personnel across multiple CONUS and OCONUS locations, ensuring mission readiness and workforce continuity
* Communicate directly with senior Government leadership (O-6/GG-15 and above) on contract status, priorities, and operational matters
* Lead cross-functional teams and coordinate across technical disciplines to meet mission requirements
* Oversee personnel onboarding, in-processing, and orientation
* Ensure all contractual deliverables, staffing requirements, and reporting obligations are met on time
* Develop and maintain continuity documentation and workforce management plans
Qualifications What You'll Bring * 12 years related experience
* Minimum 10 years of project management experience, with at least 5 years Supporting DOW IT infrastructure and Network Operations Centers * Demonstrated experience managing large contracts or task orders with personnel at multiple CONUS and OCONUS locations
* Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, mission-essential environment
* Strong executive communication skills - comfortable briefing and advising senior military and civilian leadership (O-6/GG-15 and above)
* Bachelor's degree in Program Management or a related field OR active Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
* Active TS/SCI clearance required; U.S. Citizenship required
Preferred Qualifications * Familiarity with large IT infrastructure and Network Operations Centers
* Experience with DoD contract management, CDRL deliverables, and Government reporting requirements

This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual's experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
