Job description

Bolton & Menk has an exciting opportunity for a Project Manager to join our Aviation team. We are looking to add a Project Manager who will help foster our mission that All People Should Live in Safe, Sustainable and Beautiful Communities!

What You Will Be Doing:

As a Project Manager for our Aviation team, your responsibilities will include guiding projects from concept through implementation, coordinating stakeholders, supporting schedules and budgets, and ensuring alignment with funding requirements and long-term airport development goals. The position serves as a liaison between airport clients, regulatory agencies, and internal teams to deliver successful, client-focused outcomes.

  • Provide project management and coordination support for airport planning, strategic development, and engineering projects
  • Manage select complex projects and initiatives from concept through implementation
  • Coordinate stakeholders, including airport clients, regulatory agencies, and internal aviation teams
  • Assist with project scheduling, budget development, and funding coordination
  • Support contract administration and ensure compliance with funding requirements
  • Develop and maintain relationships with airport communities across Colorado
  • Support the growth of aviation planning, design, and construction services in the Denver market
  • Collaborate with project managers across Aviation and Transportation divisions

What We Are Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree in Aviation Planning, Management, or Civil Engineering from an accredited college or university
  • Minimum of 10+ years of experience
  • Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Must possess a valid drivers license and their own transportation. You will be reimbursed for business-related travel
