We are looking for a Sr Product Manager who will be responsible for driving strategy related to Okta's infrastructure related revenue streams, including examples such as Enhanced Disaster Recovery, Private Cloud, DynamicScale, and our cloud service provider posture. If you are passionate about the intersection of infrastructure and large scale enterprise products, we are looking for you.
Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute cloud infrastructure product business cases and strategy that aligns with the company's overall business goals and objectives, as well as broader industry trends and market context
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, sales, and marketing, to ensure the successful launch and adoption of infrastructure products and services
  • Develop pricing strategies and models for infrastructure products and services
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and customer needs, and use this information to inform innovation, product decisions and prioritization
  • Serve as the team's resiliency and scale SME, representing Okta's Trust Foundation strategy in customer escalations, executive briefings, and enterprise prospect evaluations.

Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of experience in technology product management, preferably with a focus on platform product development or cloud infrastructure products and services.
  • Strong understanding of cloud computing technologies and platforms, including AWS, GCP, etc.
  • You can produce solid action plans from often incomplete, conflicting or ambiguous inputs
  • Track record of owning and delivering on strategic projects - you can see the big picture, but deliver on the details
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams, including engineering, sales, and marketing, to deliver high-quality products on time and on budget.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for Okta's huge opportunity and growth potential, and general thirst for learning with an ability to go broad and deep across business and technical contexts.

Preferred
    • Experience in delivering cloud SaaS business models and infrastructure products
    • Experience in consulting, venture capital, or business strategy and/or MBA
    • Advanced degree in technical or business field

The annual base salary range for this position for candidates located in the San Francisco Bay area is between:
$189,000-$260,000 USD
Below is the annual base salary range for candidates located in California (excluding San Francisco Bay Area), Colorado, Illinois, New York and Washington. Your actual base salary will depend on factors such as your skills, qualifications, experience, and work location. In addition, Okta offers equity (where applicable), bonus, and benefits, including health, dental and vision insurance, 401(k), flexible spending account, and paid leave (including PTO and parental leave) in accordance with our applicable plans and policies. The annual base salary range for this position for candidates located in California (excluding San Francisco Bay Area), Colorado, Illinois, New York, and Washington is between:
