Job Summary:
The Infrastructure Administrator is responsible for the administration, support, and continuous improvement of Krayden's enterprise infrastructure and workplace technology environment. This role supports the organization's network, server, storage, cloud, endpoint, identity, and collaboration platforms while serving as a key technical resource between Infrastructure, Security, and Service Delivery.
The position helps drive operational excellence through standardization, automation, lifecycle management, and technology modernization while supporting business growth, acquisitions, and enterprise technology initiatives.
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. (On-site)
Job Responsibilities:
  • Administer, maintain, and continuously improve Krayden's enterprise infrastructure and workplace technology platforms.
  • Support enterprise network, server, storage, cloud, identity, and collaboration services. Design and implement automation that improves operational efficiency, consistency, and service quality.
  • Support technology integration activities associated with acquisitions, office expansions, relocations, and organizational growth.
  • Participate in infrastructure planning, operational improvements, documentation, standardization, and technology modernization initiatives.
  • Provide advanced technical expertise and Tier II/Tier III escalation support for complex infrastructure issues.
  • Ensure enterprise infrastructure aligns with security policies, governance standards, and operational best practices.
  • Contribute to continuous service improvement through proactive monitoring, performance optimization, and capacity planning.

Core Responsibilities:
  • Administer enterprise infrastructure services, including compute, storage, networking, cloud, identity, collaboration, and end-user computing platforms.
  • Maintain infrastructure security controls and partner with the Security team to support compliance, vulnerability remediation, and operational resilience.
  • Develop automation and scripting solutions to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual administration.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, operational procedures, standards, and knowledge articles.
  • Plan, test, implement, and support infrastructure enhancements, upgrades, and technology deployments.
  • Participate in disaster recovery, business continuity, and operational readiness activities.

Desired Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
  • 5-8 years of experience administering enterprise infrastructure environments.
  • Experience supporting Microsoft-based enterprise technologies and cloud platforms.
  • Strong understanding of systems administration, networking, storage, virtualization, identity management, endpoint management, and enterprise operations.
  • Experience developing automation and improving operational processes.
  • Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively across technical and business teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
