What You'll Do
  • Lead the strategy, administration, and continuous improvement of enterprise infrastructure environments.
  • Manage and mentor a team of systems and network engineers/administrators.
  • Oversee networking technologies including switching, wireless, and network access control solutions.
  • Ensure reliability, performance, and security of on-premises and cloud infrastructure platforms.
  • Maintain and enhance Microsoft 365, Azure, virtualization, and Windows Server environments.
  • Develop and test disaster recovery, business continuity, and backup strategies.
  • Partner with cybersecurity, applications, and business teams to deliver secure and reliable services.
  • Manage infrastructure lifecycle planning, standards, and technology roadmaps.
  • Own infrastructure vendor relationships, licensing, and service contracts.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, standards, and network diagrams.
  • Lead infrastructure projects, upgrades, migrations, and modernization initiatives.
  • Provide hands-on support and technical leadership during critical incidents and major projects.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • 5+ years of progressive IT infrastructure experience.
  • 2+ years of leadership experience managing or leading technical teams.
  • Strong experience supporting enterprise networking environments.
  • Experience with:
    • Microsoft Azure
    • Microsoft 365
    • VMware and/or Hyper-V
    • Windows Server
    • Active Directory
    • DNS and DHCP
    • Enterprise backup and recovery solutions
  • Experience supporting hybrid cloud environments.
  • Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience supporting multi-site organizations or manufacturing environments preferred.
  • Familiarity with ITIL or similar operational frameworks.
