  • Lead the architecture, design, implementation, and lifecycle management of enterprise networking solutions across office, data center, and cloud-connected environments
  • Develop and execute network modernization strategies that improve scalability, reliability, security, operational efficiency, and long-term sustainability
  • Serve as the technical lead for Cisco routing and switching, Cisco ACI, Meraki wireless, Palo Alto firewalls, public cloud, and Fibre Channel storage networking technologies
  • Lead disaster recovery planning, testing, documentation, and continuous improvement efforts to ensure network resiliency and business continuity preparedness
  • Perform complex troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and problem management activities to identify and eliminate recurring infrastructure issues

  • Partner with Information security and application teams to develop secure, resilient, and scalable infrastructure solutions that align with organizational objectives
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend architecture improvements, automation opportunities, and strategic investments that support long-term infrastructure goals
  • Lead network-focused infrastructure projects, including upgrades, migrations, system implementations, and technology refresh initiatives
  • Manage vendor relationships and collaborate with external partners to support design reviews, troubleshooting efforts, and technology evaluations
  • Monitor network performance, availability, capacity, and security posture while proactively identifying opportunities for improvement
  • Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, standards, operational procedures, and disaster recovery plans
  • Communicate technical risks, recommendations, project status, and strategic considerations clearly to technical teams, leadership, and business stakeholders
  • Participate in on-call rotations and provide leadership during after-hours support and critical incident response activities
