Potential Assignments are:
 
  • Upgrading infrastructure systems, including Windows System Center
 
  • Assist IT teams and customers with ITIL based incidents and requests on various subjects.
 
  • Monitor and manage infrastructure systems (Microsoft Windows and Network and Microsoft 365).
 
  • Act as an infrastructure contact on application and cloud upgrade projects.
 
 
Work Environment:
  • Contract for Hire Opportunity
  • 90% Remote work / 10% Onsite work.
  • Approximately 40 hours per week for the duration of the services
