We're looking for a friendly, organized, and dependable IT Administrator to provide prompt frontline technology support for team members across our corporate, branch, and field operations.

Position Summary:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for IT support requests and resolve common hardware, software, account, and access issues.
  • Set up, configure, deploy, and support company computers, mobile devices, phones, peripherals, and other end-user technology.
  • Support employee onboarding and offboarding by provisioning or removing accounts, access, software, licenses, and assigned devices.
  • Administer user accounts, permissions, and access across Microsoft 365 and other company business systems.
  • Provide remote and in-person technical support to corporate employees, branch locations, and field personnel.
  • Support company software, communication platforms, cybersecurity tools, and access-control systems; promptly identify and escalate suspected security incidents, phishing attempts, compromised accounts, and lost or stolen devices.
  • Maintain accurate service tickets and IT documentation, coordinate device assignments and returns, escalate complex issues, and assist senior IT staff with audits, rollouts, and departmental projects.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Associate's degree, technical certificate, or relevant certification such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft 365 Fundamentals is preferred.
  • One to two years of help desk, IT support, or related experience is preferred; strong internal candidates with demonstrated technical aptitude and reliability will also be considered.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft 365, computer hardware, mobile devices, networking, and common business technology.
  • Experience with ticketing systems (Jira preferred) and basic mobile device management is preferred.
  • Strong customer-service, communication, organization, and troubleshooting skills, with careful attention to documentation and follow-through.
  • Professionalism, discretion, confidentiality, and a valid driver's license with an acceptable DMV record for occasional branch travel.
