What your responsibilities will be as an Operations/IT tech:

  • Will be responding to service requests from staff (this may entail mechanical, electrical, carpentry, painting, or plumbing repairs as well as computer equipment issues)
  • Responds and professionally completes support tickets
  • Will be performing/scheduling preventive maintenance as assigned
  • Assisting with furniture movement and placement, operating and maintaining various equipment
  • Some It/Network knowledge to assist with computer network issues and set up, account management of third party vendors
  • Assisting with web design and editing/backend support
  • Will be responsible for Windows and Linux PC Imaging/setup, and printer, scanner and desktop PC troubleshooting in a live environment

***This position has the candidate working between the N. Wilmington and Hockessin clinics and all future DE locations.***

  • Current DE Driver’s License
  • Outstanding communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to occasionally lift 50-100 pounds
  • Being able to travel between various clinics and offices in the network
  • Adaptability to sudden changes in direction during the workday to keep the enterprise operating smoothly and meet the needs of the team
  • IT/Network knowledge (2 yrs experience )
  • Web design/editing experience preferred
