Internship Overview

Role Overview
Jump right into solving real tech challenges and learning what it takes to support a fast-paced environment. As an Information Technology Intern, you'll work directly with out IT team to gain practical, hands-on experience in tech support, infrastructure, network security, and systems management.
Because our program is tailored to your goals, you'll have the space to explore the areas of tech that interest you most. Whether you want to dive into hands-on hardware setups, troubleshoot complex software workflows, assist with network administration, or support team-wide tech rollouts, you'll play a vital role in keeping our company connected.
What You'll Do
Key Responsibilities
Provide Everyday Tech Support
  • Help solve hardware and software issues for team members across the company.
  • Provide first-level IT support, serving as a go-to problem solver for tech-related questions and needs.
  • Assist with installing, configuring, and updating devices and applications to keep systems up to date.

Maintain Systems & Security
  • Support network administration tasks, including setting up workstations, printers, and essential IT hardware.
  • Assist in maintaining network security protocols to protect company systems and sensitive data.
  • Monitor overall system performance, spotting potential issues early to keep workflows seamless.

Collaborate on Special Tech Projects
  • Work alongside the team on company-wide IT initiatives such as system upgrades, integrations, and data migrations.
  • Create and update clear user guides and IT configuration documentation to keep our tech resources organized.

What You'll Get
Working Conditions:
The majority of the time you will work in a typical office environment. Occasionally, you may travel to a construction job site. When on construction job sites you will encounter typical construction conditions including extreme temperatures, noise, dust, mud debris, welding, leading edge, trenching, and shoring, sometimes in a confined space. You may be required to visit multiple locations during any one day.
Salary Range: $20.00 - $25.00/hour
