ABOUT THE ROLE
Retell AI transforms customer experience with voice AI for enterprises, including customers like CVS/Aetna, American Airlines, Lenovo, and Grab. We have more customer stories than we can tell!
We're looking for an IT Support Engineer to help build and scale our internal IT operations.
You'll own day-to-day IT support while improving security, onboarding, hardware management, SaaS administration, and internal automation.
This is a highly hands-on role working directly with employees across Engineering, GTM, Product, and Operations. You'll be responsible for making sure every employee has the tools, access, and support they need to move quickly.
This is a W-2 contract position with the opportunity to make a meaningful impact at one of the fastest-growing AI companies.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
IT Support
  • Own employee onboarding and offboarding.
  • Configure laptops and workstations.
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
  • Manage Google Workspace, Slack, Rippling, SSO, and MDM platforms.
  • Support office networking, conference rooms, printers, and internal technology.
Security & Compliance
  • Maintain endpoint compliance.
  • Manage device inventory.
  • Support SOC2 compliance initiatives.
  • Conduct access reviews and security audits.
  • Help improve internal security practices.
Internal Operations
  • Manage hardware inventory.
  • Improve IT documentation.
  • Support office operations and employee productivity.
  • Partner with People Operations on onboarding and offboarding.
Automation
  • Build automations around onboarding, SaaS provisioning, hardware lifecycle management, and internal IT workflows.
  • Continuously improve internal tooling and eliminate manual processes.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Must Have
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of IT support or systems administration experience.
  • Experience administering macOS devices.
  • Experience with Google Workspace, MDM platforms, and identity management.
  • Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.

Nice to Have
  • Startup experience.
  • Experience with Rippling and Okta.
  • Python or Bash scripting.
  • Automation experience.
  • SOC2 compliance.
  • Jamf, Kandji, or Intune administration.
