We are seeking a Manager, Development Program Management to join our Development Program Management function, supporting drug development programs from preclinical through commercialization in a hybrid work model based in Warren, NJ or Tarrytown, NY. In this role, you will help drive strategic planning and execution of development program timelines, budgets, and goals while collaborating with cross-functional Strategic Program Team members across the organization. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to a fast-growing, science-driven organization making a meaningful difference to patients worldwide.

When & where:

  • Location: Warren, NJ or Tarrytown, NY
  • Work model/flexibility: Onsite 4 days/week, 1 day remote

Discover your role:

  • Support subteam and functional area meetings, leading select working groups
  • Track deliverables, risks, and issues across assigned programs
  • Facilitate cross-functional alignment on key strategic documents
  • Manage project planning systems to keep programs on track
  • Communicate program status clearly to manager and stakeholders
  • Escalate risks and complex issues in a timely, appropriate manner
  • Build relationships and collaborate effectively across departments
  • Support resolution of team conflicts and roadblocks

This role requires:

  • Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of relevant project management experience
  • Experience in drug development/pharmaceutical industry preferred
  • Familiarity with cross-functional development team structures (e.g., Strategic Program Teams)
  • Demonstrated sound judgment and critical thinking
  • Ability to take feedback and setbacks constructively
