As an Operator - Surveillance, you will be the person spotting threats before they escalate in a security operations centers
High Level Global Security Operations Center Operator.
High Level Computer Skills Required.

Responsibilities of a Global Command Center Supervisor
  • Monitor security systems to detect any suspicious activity using Genetec
  • Document observed events and incidents, writing detailed reports
  • Respond quickly to incidents or potential threats
  • Control access to secure areas and verify the identities of visitors using CCURE 9000
  • Analyze security systems to identify potential vulnerabilities or malfunctions
  • Collaborate with law enforcement in case of serious situations or emergencies
  • Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property

Qualifications of a Surveillance Security Guard
  • 2+ years working in a command center, SOC, and/or GSOC environment
  • 2+ years working in a command center, SOC, and/or GSOC environment as a supervisor
  • 2+ years working with Genetec Video Software and CCURE 9000 Access Control
  • New York Security License required
  • Interact with sites in multiple countries / multiple states
  • Be authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Strong report writing skills
  • Strong proficiency with technology
