  • Triage business technology issues, clarify priority and impact, route support requests to the appropriate teams, and monitor resolution to ensure responsive service delivery.
  • Coordinate associate onboarding technology needs, including hardware readiness, software access, Microsoft Entra identity setup, collaboration tools, and other role-based technology requirements.
  • Maintain visibility to recurring support themes, service gaps, user adoption risks, software licensing needs, and contract obligations to improve reliability and cost discipline.

2. Infrastructure, Networking, Security, and Warehouse Technology Coverage

  • Coordinate implementation and support activities for warehouse infrastructure, access point and network coverage, hardware, printers, scanners, networking, telecom, access control, and other operational technology dependencies.
  • Apply working knowledge of basic networking, infrastructure security, device management, identity and access concepts, mobile device management strategies and tools, and hardware lifecycle practices to support reliable warehouse operational continuity.
  • Partner with technical teams and service providers to support cyber hygiene, access controls, vulnerability response, endpoint readiness, and secure configuration expectations.
  • Help ensure technology changes are communicated, planned, and executed with minimal disruption to business operations and warehouse productivity.

3. Business Analysis, Process Improvement, and Solution Enablement

  • Act as a business analyst for U.S. stakeholders by translating business needs, operational pain points, and process gaps into clear requirements, solution options, and actionable delivery plans.
  • Support analysis of current-state and future-state processes, identify improvement opportunities, and recommend technology-enabled solutions that are practical, scalable, and user-centered.
  • Leverage strong understanding of ERP concepts, Microsoft D365, SaaS platforms, identity management, integrations, and data flows to support effective solution evaluation and implementation.
  • Promote continuous improvement by documenting decisions, clarifying ownership, supporting user adoption, and ensuring implemented solutions align with business value and operational outcomes.

4. Solution Design, Delivery, and Project Coordination

  • Collaborate with business partners, IT business analysts, and vendor stakeholders to translate requirements into secure, supportable technical solutions that follow user-centric design principles and enterprise standards.
  • Participate in solution design sessions, technical reviews, implementation planning, testing coordination, and rollout activities for infrastructure, application, security, and warehouse technology initiatives.
  • Support cross-functional teams in delivering quality solutions by clarifying acceptance criteria, escalating risks, and reinforcing documentation, training, and support readiness.

5. Vendor, Contract, and Business Relationship Management

  • Build trusted relationships with business leaders, IT peers, managed service providers, and software vendors to ensure support expectations, delivery commitments, and business priorities are understood.
  • Assist with vendor coordination, agreement tracking, service performance follow-up, software licensing administration, renewals, and contract-related communications.
  • Communicate technical recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including business value, risk, cost, operational impact, and implementation considerations.
  • Bring a proactive, collaborative, and accountable approach to issue resolution, stakeholder engagement, change communications, and vendor performance management.

6. Technical Strategy, Governance, Quality, and Risk Management

  • Contribute to technology roadmaps for enterprise systems, warehouse technology, infrastructure, cybersecurity, Microsoft platforms, and business applications in partnership with IT leadership.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies, tools, support models, and vendor capabilities to identify opportunities for improved performance, resilience, security, scalability, and user experience.
  • Identify technical debt, support risks, adoption gaps, and operational dependencies; recommend remediation plans and help prioritize work based on business impact and risk.
  • Support governance through standards, documentation, KPIs, service metrics, risk tracking, and quality practices that improve transparency, accountability, and solution sustainability.
