Job Title -ย IT Associate Systems Engineer

Location - Woodstock, GA

What You Will Do

ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Primary Administrator for Helpdesk System and Ticket creation, prioritization, and assignment for home office and job sites.

ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  PC and smart phone setup and deployment; perform technical and operational support to users of desktop computers, laptops, and cell phones either by telephone or on-site for hardware and software packages.

ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Provide user support for Microsoft Office software, printer, multifunction scanner, Audio / Visual technology support, and the following web/video conference systems: Cisco Webex, Zoom, and Microsoft Teams.

ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  User creation and deletion.

ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Manage IT Inventory, Invoicing, and IT asset procurement.

ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Perform software license management, renewal, notification, and invoicing.

ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Install, repair, and troubleshoot minor issues with hardware, software, and peripheral equipment.

ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Perform periodic performance reporting to support capacity planning.

ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Research and recommend innovative, and where possible, improved usage of technology for company initiatives.

ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Report cyber security incidents to management and IT staff.

ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Performs additional duties per supervisor's direction.

ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Working Conditionsย - Full time, office setting.ย  15-20% travel to project sites.ย  Occasional after-hours coverage may be required for technical support. Education / Experience -ย Minimum Associates degree or 2 years of IT experience troubleshooting hardware / software. Experience in Information Systems Management, Windows 10 and 11, Microsoft Office, Windows Server, and Active Directory.ย  Preferred Network Plus, Solar Winds monitoring system and Web Helpdesk experience.

While the salary range is typically between $43,650 - $58,200 annually, applicants are encouraged to share compensation expectations as part of the application process.
