Job Summary:
Datwyler Group is a high-tech company specializing in system-critical elastomer components for various global markets. The IT Analyst role involves supporting and maintaining local ICT environments, documenting IT and operations procedures, and collaborating with local and global IT teams to ensure effective IT service delivery.
Responsibilities:
โ€ข Responsible for supporting IT/Operations and Manufacturing processes in accordance with Datwyler standards
โ€ข Responsible for documenting IT and Operations procedures
โ€ข Support training for Operations and Manufacturing processes
โ€ข General network, server, client and smart phone support working with partners or internal teams where appropriate
โ€ข Preparing PC systems with the Datwyler standard staging process
โ€ข Maintaining server and comms data-rooms to ensure compliance to Datwyler standards
โ€ข Take prompt action and responsibility in resolving support issues utilizing Service Now
โ€ข Support and collaborate with local business teams and IT teams (local and global)
Qualifications:
Required:
โ€ข Up to 5 yearsโ€™ experience supporting Windows servers/systems and/or experience with program process testing and validation.
โ€ข Basic knowledge of server hardware, racking systems, and networking.
โ€ข Understanding of program testing, validation, completing test protocols, and recording results.
โ€ข Understanding of IT service delivery model, best practices and methods used in a medium to large organization.
โ€ข Experience using Help Desk and Ticketing Systems.
โ€ข Experience working together with application owners, business units and 3rd parties to deliver on shared goals.
โ€ข A consultative and pragmatic style of working and collaborating with others.
โ€ข Hands-on solution skills and the ability to validate internal or 3rd party solutions to ensure they meet business expectations.
โ€ข Proven ability to translate and present complex systems issues to non-technical colleagues.
โ€ข Strong understanding of different cultural working patterns.
