CyberLinx Solutions is seeking an experienced IT Director / vCIO (Executive / Strategic) to provide executive level leadership, strategic planning, and operational oversight of the organization's technology initiatives. This role is responsible for aligning IT strategy with business goals, optimizing technology investments, managing IT teams and vendors, and serving as a trusted technology advisor to executive leadership.The ideal candidate combines technical expertise with strong business acumen, leadership presence, and the ability to drive strategic technology initiatives that enable growth, efficiency, and security. Strategic IT Leadership Develop and execute the organization's technology roadmap in alignment with business objectives Advise executives and board members on IT strategy, risks, and investment priorities Lead digital transformation initiatives, infrastructure modernization, and cloud adoption Define IT governance, policies, and standards to support organizational objectives IT Operations & Management Oversee IT operations, including systems administration, networking, applications, security, and end user support Establish metrics, KPIs, and reporting frameworks to measure IT performance and business impact Manage IT budgets, procurement, vendor relationships, service contracts, and procurement Ensure business continuity, disaster recovery, and cybersecurity readiness Lead digital transformation, modernization, and technology optimization initiatives Ensure cybersecurity, business continuity, and regulatory compliance Advise executives on technology risks, opportunities, and investments Mentor IT leadership and promote a culture of innovation and accountability
