Job description

Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to work onsite at the client location and serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, IT teams, vendors, and leadership. The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and driving project execution while ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
This role requires strong leadership, stakeholder management, communication, and project governance skills to successfully deliver enterprise initiatives in a complex and fast-paced environment.
Primary (Must have skills)
  • 8+ years of experience managing enterprise IT projects or programs.
  • Proven experience leading cross-functional teams across business and technology organizations.
  • Strong knowledge of SDLC and project delivery methodologies.
  • Experience working directly with senior business leaders and client stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage expectations, facilitate decision-making, and drive consensus.
  • Expertise in project planning, scheduling, budgeting, resource allocation, and dependency management.
  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
  • Experience in Smartsheet or a similar project management tool

Job Description
  • Define project scope, timelines, milestones, deliverables, and governance structures.
  • Monitor project progress and ensure successful delivery against agreed objectives.
  • Coordinate activities across business, operations, technology, analytics, and vendor teams.

Secondary Skills (Good to have)
  • Vendor management experience.
  • Change management and business adoption experience.
  • Data governance and customer data management knowledge.
