Job description

Senior IT Project Manager Location: Tampa, FL Interview Process: 2 rounds, F2F and Virtual Employment Type: Fulltime Experience Required: 05+ Years Project Scope: The Senior IT Project Manager will work under the Vice President of Information Technology to lead and coordinate technical teams responsible for the analysis, development, implementation, and documentation of new and existing information systems. This role ensures projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget, and aligned with organizational goals. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations Define project scope, objectives, and system requirements aligned with business goals Lead end-to-end project execution and provide technical guidance to teams Oversee project staff activities to ensure adherence to standards and deliverables Prepare and review system specifications for development and integration Develop and manage testing and implementation strategies for system delivery Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to stakeholders Facilitate project execution using Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies Ensure proper documentation of all project phases and deliverables Provide mentorship and leadership to project team members Required Skills & Experience: Minimum 4 years of experience leading IT or technology projects or strategic initiatives Project Management Professional (PMP) certification (required) Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered Valid Florida Driver License (required) Preferred Skills: Experience with E-Business Suite (EBS) or similar enterprise systems Strong background in enterprise IT project management environments Work Environment & Requirements May require emergency response support during disaster situations as part of organizational continuity planning Must comply with all organizational policies and procedures Regular attendance is required Physical Requirements Sitting/standing up to 6 hours daily Frequent walking Occasional lifting up to 20 lbs Continuous computer use/typing Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, Mathematics, or related field.
