Information Operations Effects Coordinator, Senior
The Opportunity:
As a defense mission professional, you ask questions others don't. You understand the nuances of complex situations. You use your skills to think bigger and push further, solving complex problems. We're looking for an expert like you to drive solutions for missions that keep our nation safe.
On our team, you'll serve as an Effects Coordinator supporting the development of concepts that translate Combatant Command (CCMD) objectives into clear operational requirements for engagement specialists, including linguist and influence analysis teams. You'll coordinate and synchronize internet-based effects to ensure message alignment, timing, and operational integration across the information environment. You'll work closely with planners, analysts, and platform specialists to design effects that reinforce campaign objectives and respond dynamically to evolving operational conditions. Leveraging your expertise, you'll support the management and day-to-day oversight of websites and non-traditional delivery pathways, ensuring online content aligns with approved messaging, reflects operational priorities, and meets security and technical standards. You'll provide subject-matter expertise that helps operational forces shape target audiences, integrate engagement capabilities, and deliver measurable information effects in support of CCMD missions. You Have:
  • Experience coordinating or synchronizing information effects across digital platforms or internet-based engagement environments
  • Experience developing operational concepts or translating commander objectives into actionable information requirements
  • Experience collaborating with linguists, influence analysts, or other engagement specialists to support operational effects
  • Knowledge of digital influence operations and information environment dynamics relevant to CCMD mission sets
  • Knowledge of content management principles or website oversight procedures within a military or government environment
  • Ability to assess operational narratives, identify opportunities for influence, and support integration of effects across mission elements
  • Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders to deliver synchronized messaging and engagement outcomes
  • TS/SCI clearance
  • Bachelor's degree and 14+ years of experience with information operations or Master's degree and 10+ years of experience with information operations

  • Experience with CCMD decision-making processes
  • Knowledge of joint planning publications, authorities, and permissions
  • Ability to serve as an onsite lead for operational websites, including coordinating content updates and ensuring compliance with policy

Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $112,800.00 to $257,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees. This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
